It is worthy to note that business marketing is actually a process not an event. This is simply because it entails planning marketing goals and implementing strategies to achieve. It is really not an easy task because many businesses across the globe have tried to adopt the best strategies but all in vein they end up not succeeding. In order to succeed in business and be able to fit in the competing market world, one is supposed to know the essentials of the business marketing strategy and be in a position to implement them as early as possible, probably at the start of the business.

We find that when the business is starting, it is faced by many challenges for example; the prices in the market may be inappropriate for its products and it cannot divert from the set prices as long as it is operating in a competitive market. Legalities Aspect in Business Marketing Strategy

When a product is being marketed by any individual or business, there are legalities that must be followed. A business must make sure that they are following any laws that are applicable in the area that they are marketing. If a business fails to follow these regulations, there can be serious consequences that can result.

A business must represent itself in a way that does not make customers believe that it does things that it really does not do. Businesses must state things as they really are and not mislead the customer into believing something the business knows to be false. This includes saying things that may have some truth in them but are, in essence, false. If a business were to say that a particular product is capable of performing certain actions of functions, the product must be able to do these things. There are also things that businesses must not do to customers that would compromise the trust of the customer. One of these things is to perform bait-and-switch tactics. When a business performs bait and switch tactics, they try to entice a customer into their store with a low priced product. Once the customer is in the store, the business would then try to dissuade the customer from buying the low priced product and instead try to get them to buy a more expensive and upscale product. These bait-and-switch tactics are usually either frowned upon by governments or they are considered to be totally illegal.
